Order Processing 📦

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Where We Ship 🌎

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Canada coming soon. We will share full details at launch.

Rates and Methods 🚚

  • Standard U.S. shipping is included in the product price (no extra shipping charge at checkout).
  • Carriers may vary; we select the best option at the time of shipment.
  • Yes, we ship to PO Boxes (typically via USPS).

Delivery Estimates ⏱️

  • Typical U.S. transit time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (for example PR, GU, VI) may require additional transit time beyond the window above.
  • Carrier delays (weather, volume, address issues) can extend delivery times. Once in transit, timing is outside our control, but we will help if something goes off track.

Signature on Delivery 🔒

  • Case by case, generally for larger orders or multiple case shipments. If required, we will note it at checkout or email you before your order ships.

Address Issues and Returned Packages 🏷️

  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change addresses after fulfillment begins.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item(s) minus shipping related costs.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages 📫

  • If your order arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, email store@foodbymaria.com within 7 days of delivery or the last scan with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
  • Marked "Delivered" but not received? Check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at store@foodbymaria.com.

A Note About Olive Oil 🫒

It is normal for olive oil to look cloudy or even solidify in cold temperatures. Let it return to room temperature and it will clear up.
