- Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items ๐ฅ
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@foodbymaria.com with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the product, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label.
- Do not discard the item or packaging until we confirm next steps. We may request a return or provide disposal instructions.
How To Start A Claim ๐จ
- Email store@foodbymaria.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will review and reply with an approval or a request for more information.
Refunds ๐งพ
- If approved, we will process a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically post within 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If inventory is limited, we may issue a refund instead of a replacement.
Exchanges ๐
- We do not offer exchanges. For damaged or incorrect items, we will replace or refund per the sections above.
Lost or Stolen Packages ๐ซ
- Packages marked as Delivered but not received are not the responsibility of Food by Maria once confirmed delivered to the address on the order.
- Please check with neighbors and your local carrier office. If still missing after 3 business days, emailย store@foodbymaria.com and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
Non Returnable Items ๐ซ
- All edible products, opened or unopened, are non returnable for safety and quality reasons.
